BillMax offers an integrated solution for handling billing, provisioning, and customer care for customers on Canopy®, Motorola’s innovative wireless broadband platform.

BillMax utilizes the "north bound interface" in the Canopy Prizm element management system to seamlessly manage your customer wireless services.

Using BillMax you can:

• Create customers and subscriber module elements within Prizm.
• Bill these customers on a periodic or usage basis
• Perform CRM related activities for these customers
• Activate and deactivate subscriber module elements whenever necessary
• Designate and alter Mac addresses, bandwidth plans, and virtual LANs
• Reassign subscriber module elements between customers (e.g. manage your subscriber module inventory)
• Manage site and contact information

All of these activities are accomplished indirectly within BillMax as part of normal account activity. For example, whenever a customer's balance becomes overdue, BillMax will automatically suspend it's account; this results in the wireless service being deactivated.
